We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. If we make a change or cancel an order, we may notify you via the email or billing address/phone number provided at the time of order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account, including your email address and payment details, to complete transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer. 7. Photo Submission for Store Credit

Eligibility: Customers must have purchased a product from AntiVinylCo.com. Each eligible purchase allows submission of photos of the purchased item for store credit consideration.

Submission Guidelines:

• Up to two (2) photos per purchased item.
• Photos must be high-definition (HD) and feature the product as the central focus.
• Photos must be original works created by the submitting customer.
• Submit photos via email to sales@antivinylco.com.

Store Credit Offer:

• Approved photos earn $1.00 store credit each.
• Maximum of two (2) approved photos per item (up to $2.00 credit).
• Store credit is valid for purchases on AntiVinylCo.com and expires 12 months after issuance.

Photo Usage: By submitting photos, you grant AntiVinylCo.com the right to use them in marketing, product listings, social media, and promotional materials.

Approval Process: Submissions are subject to review. We may decline any photo not meeting our guidelines or quality standards.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service and all products delivered through it are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
