Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy (U.S. & Non-EU/EEA Customers)
You have 30 days from the delivery of the last item in your order to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped within 10 business days. Returns not shipped within this timeframe may be canceled or denied.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Products that have been installed, adhered, cut, or otherwise applied to a vehicle are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
- You must include the original order number and the email address associated with the order.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all U.S. and non-EU/EEA returns not due to damage or an error on our part. This restocking fee does not apply to EU/EEA customers — see the EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal section below.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for providing and covering the cost of return shipping. We do not issue prepaid return labels. Please ensure the item is packaged securely and consider using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Products that have been installed, adhered, cut, or applied to a vehicle
- Custom or personalized items
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before placing your order.
EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, in addition to the rights described elsewhere in this policy.
- Your return window is extended to account for weekends or holidays falling on the deadline.
- No restocking fee applies to EU/EEA returns made under the right of withdrawal.
- Return shipping remains the customer's responsibility unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Products that have been installed, adhered, cut, or otherwise applied to a vehicle remain ineligible for return, as they cannot be resold once used.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at sales@antivinylco.com with your order number and a clear statement of your intent to withdraw from the purchase.
How to Start a Return
You can initiate a return by logging into your account:
- Click the profile icon in the store navigation menu or visit the Refund Policy page.
- Enter your email address.
- Open the verification email and copy the six-digit code.
- Return to the store and enter the code.
- Select the order you wish to return and provide a reason.
- Add any relevant notes and click Request Return.
If approved, you will receive shipping instructions. As noted above, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected, usually within 5–10 business days. A 15% restocking fee applies unless you are returning under the EU/EEA right of withdrawal.
Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Order Issues (Damaged, Incorrect, or Dissatisfied Items)
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@antivinylco.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received your package:
- Check around your mailbox, porch, garage, or with neighbors.
- Wait 1–2 business days, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early.
- Contact your local post office for assistance.
If your package is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at sales@antivinylco.com. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout are not eligible for reshipment or refund.
- Repeated missing package claims may result in limitations on future orders.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, email us at sales@antivinylco.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to exchange. All exchange items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and not installed or applied to a vehicle. Once approved, we will provide instructions to complete your exchange. Return shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled until the item has been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled, cancellations are not possible, even if the order has not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at sales@antivinylco.com with your order number.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or, at our discretion, as store credit. A 15% restocking fee applies unless you are an EU/EEA customer returning under the right of withdrawal, in which case no restocking fee applies.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are not reimbursed.
- It may take a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
International Orders

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on all international orders. We do not provide return labels for international orders. EU/EEA customers should also review the Right of Withdrawal section above, which applies in addition to these general international shipping terms.
