By participating in the Photo and Video Submission Exchange program, you agree to the following terms.
Eligibility
- Customers must have purchased a product from Anti Vinyl Co. on antivinylco.com.
- Each eligible purchase allows up to two (2) photo submissions and one (1) video submission per product purchased.
Submission Guidelines
- Media must be high-definition (HD) quality and feature the purchased product as the central focus.
- Submissions must be emailed to Hello@antivinylco.com with your order number in the subject line.
- Inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content will not be accepted.
- Submission of media does not guarantee approval or store credit. All submissions are subject to review prior to credit issuance.
Store Credit Value
- Photos: $1.00 per approved photo (max 2 per product, up to $2.00 total).
- Videos: $2.00 per approved video (max 1 per product, up to $2.00 total).
- Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days after approval.
Use of Submitted Media
By submitting photos or videos, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the content and it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
- You grant Anti Vinyl Co. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the submitted media in any format, including but not limited to:
- Social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Product listings on antivinylco.com
- Promotional and marketing materials
- You retain ownership of your media but waive any claim to compensation beyond the store credit described above.
Store Credit Terms
- Store credit can only be used on antivinylco.com and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.
- Store credit issued for approved submissions will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Approval Process
- All submissions are subject to review and approval by Anti Vinyl Co.
- Anti Vinyl Co. reserves full discretion to approve or reject any submission for any reason, without obligation to provide an explanation.
- You will be notified by email once your submission has been reviewed.
Limitation of Liability
Participation in this program is entirely voluntary. By submitting content, you agree to release and hold Anti Vinyl Co. harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages related to the submission, use, or distribution of your submitted media.
