Media Submission/Store Credit Policy

Terms and Conditions for Media Submission Exchange for Store Credit

By participating in this Photo and Video Submission Exchange program, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility:

• Customers must have purchased a product from Anti Vinyl co. on antivinylco.com to be eligible for photo or video submission.
• Each eligible purchase allows customers to submit up to two (2) photos per item purchased, and one (1) video per item purchased for store credit consideration.

Submission Guidelines:

• Photos:
  • A maximum of two (2) high-definition (HD) resolution photos can be submitted per item purchased.
  • Photos must feature the product as the central focus.
  • All photos must be submitted via email to sales@antivinylco.com.
• Videos:
  • A maximum of one (1) video can be submitted per item purchased.
  • The video must be of HD resolution and should feature the product as the main focus.
  • Videos must be submitted via email to sales@antivinylco.com.

Store Credit Value:

• Photos:
  • Each approved photo will earn $1.00 in store credit.
  • A maximum of two (2) photos can be approved per item, for a potential total of $2.00 in store credit per product.
• Videos:
  • Each approved video will earn $2.00 in store credit.
  • A maximum of one (1) video can be approved per product, for a potential total of $2.00 in store credit per product.

Use of Submitted Photos and Videos:

• By submitting photos or videos, you grant Anti Vinyl co. the right to use your content for marketing purposes, including but not limited to:
  • Social media posts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, etc.
  • Product listings on antivinylco.com.
  • Other promotional materials for use on antivinylco.com.

Store Credit Terms:

• Store credit is only valid for use on antivinylco.com and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Store credit issued through photo or video submission will not expire for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.

Approval Process:

• All photo and video submissions are subject to approval by Anti Vinyl co.. We reserve the right to reject any submissions that do not meet the guidelines or quality standards.
• By submitting your photos or videos, you agree that Anti Vinyl co. has full discretion in approving or rejecting your content.

Limitation of Liability:

• Anti Vinyl co. is not responsible for any issues arising from the submission of photos or videos, including but not limited to the use of the submitted content.
• All submissions are voluntary, and by participating, you agree to hold Anti Vinyl co. harmless from any claims related to the use of submitted photos and videos.
