Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a follow-up email notification once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping to domestic addresses within the U.S. at the following rates:
- $5.50 to $11.00 depending on the shipping option selected
- Free Shipping on domestic orders over $55.00

International Shipping
Shipping charges for international orders are calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), or other fees once it reaches your destination country. Anti Vinyl Co. is not responsible for these additional charges, and they are your responsibility as the customer.
All international shipments are processed via USPS and include a tracking number for your convenience.

How to Check the Status of Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please ensure that you provide a correct email address and shipping address when submitting your order. If you don't see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.

If you have not received your order within 8 days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@antivinylco.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you further.
Incorrect or Missing Shipping Information
We ship all orders to the address provided at checkout. If you realize there is a mistake in your shipping information, please contact us immediately to see if it can be corrected. If your package has already shipped, we may be able to re-route it, but once delivered, we are unable to assist with address issues.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@antivinylco.com. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s). We will address these cases individually and strive to find a satisfactory resolution.
