Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a follow-up email notification once your order has shipped.

Please note: Processing time and shipping time are separate. Your estimated total delivery time is your processing window plus the shipping time for the method selected. For example, an order processed in 5 business days and shipped via USPS Ground may take up to 10 business days to arrive from the date of purchase.

During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer than usual. Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may also affect delivery estimates. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping to domestic addresses within the U.S. at the following rates:

  • $6.00 to $12.00 depending on the shipping option selected
  • Free Shipping on domestic orders over $45.00

International Shipping

Shipping charges for international orders are calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), or other fees once it reaches your destination country. Anti Vinyl Co. is not responsible for these additional charges, and they are your responsibility as the customer.

All international shipments are processed via USPS and include a tracking number for your convenience.

International Shipping Times: Shipping times for international orders vary based on the destination country. Please refer to your tracking information for the most accurate delivery estimate. Carrier delays, customs processing times, and local postal conditions are outside our control and may affect delivery.

How to Check the Status of Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please ensure that you provide a correct email address and shipping address when submitting your order. If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

If you have not received your order within 8 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@antivinylco.com with your name and order number and we will assist you further.

Incorrect or Missing Shipping Information

We ship all orders to the address provided at checkout. If you realize there is a mistake in your shipping information, please contact us immediately to see if a correction can be made. If your package has already shipped, we may be able to re-route it, but once delivered we are unable to assist with address issues.

To update your shipping information, email us immediately at sales@antivinylco.com with your order number and all necessary changes.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address (including missing apartment or unit numbers), Anti Vinyl Co. is not responsible for the error. Customers will be responsible for any reshipping costs. If the order is canceled after being returned, a refund may be issued minus applicable shipping costs and/or restocking fees.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@antivinylco.com. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s). We will address these cases individually and work to find a satisfactory resolution.
