Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Anti Vinyl co. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Our shipping provider is United States Postal Service which includes tracking number for each and every order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification via email, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. You are responsible to provide correct email address and shipping address when submitting your order. Your order shipping tracking number will be sent out to the provided email you have submitted. If you happen to see the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@antivinylco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What if I entered my shipping information incorrectly or missing information?

We ship all orders to the shipping address provided by the customer. If there is a mistake with the shipping address after the order is placed, we must be immediately contacted to see if the information can be corrected. If the package has already shipped, we MAY be able to re-route it. If it has been delivered there is nothing we can do. 

Please contact us immediately at: sales@antivinylco.com and include all changes necessary to correct the mistake.

Damage upon arrival.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@antivinylco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
