Anti Vinyl Co's Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your order to initiate a return. Returns will not be accepted beyond this 30-day period.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Include the original order number and the email associated with the order.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
How to Start a Return
- Click on the profile icon in the store’s navigation menu or visit the Refund Policy page and request a return.
- Log in to your account:
- Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue.
- Open the email from us, copy the six-digit verification code.
- Return to the store and enter the code.
- Select the order you wish to return.
- If your order contains multiple items, select the specific items to be returned.
- Provide a reason for the return and add any relevant notes.
- Click Request Return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and processed, less the 15% restocking fee. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to us at sales@antivinylco.com with your order number so we can help resolve the issue.
Warranty, Damages, and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This helps us resolve the issue quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including clearance items, sale items, gift cards, and custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). For questions about specific items, please reach out to us.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, initiate a return for the original product. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled at any time before shipment.
Refunds
We will notify you via email once your return is received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 15% restocking fee. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
