Anti Vinyl Co. – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Anti Vinyl Co. products! If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read the following policy to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.


30-Day Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to start a return.

  • Returns after this period will not be accepted.

  • Once approved, your return must be shipped within 10 business days. If you need more time, just reach out — we’re happy to work with you when possible.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Include your order number and the email address used to place the order.

  • No restocking fee for returns due to our error or product damage during shipping.

  • For all other returns, a 15% restocking fee applies to help cover inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs.


How to Start a Return

  1. Log in to your account from the profile icon on our website.

  2. Enter your email and confirm via the 6-digit code sent to you.

  3. Select the order and items you want to return.

  4. Provide a reason and any relevant notes, then click Request Return.

Once approved, you’ll receive shipping instructions and a return label if applicable. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect your return.

Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you’re not satisfied:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@antivinylco.com.

  • Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

  • We’ll work quickly to replace the item or provide a refund.


Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check around your mailbox, porch, garage, and with neighbors.

  2. Wait 1–2 business days, as carriers sometimes mark packages early.

  3. Contact your local post office with your tracking number.

  4. If still missing, email us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist.

Replacements or refunds for lost packages are handled case-by-case.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

If you’re unsure whether your item is returnable, reach out before placing your order.


Exchanges

To request an exchange:

  • Email sales@antivinylco.com or use our contact form.

  • Include your order number, email, the item you want to exchange, and the new item you’d like instead.

  • All items must be new, unused, and undamaged.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before shipment. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method after your return is inspected and approved.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or product damage.

  • Banks and credit card companies may take 3–5 business days to process the refund after we issue it.


International Orders

To return an order from outside the U.S., ship it to:

We do not provide return labels for international orders. However, we may refund your original shipping charge once your return is received and processed.
