30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your order to initiate a return. Returns will not be accepted beyond this 30-day period.
Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped within 10 business days. Returns not shipped within this timeframe may be canceled or denied.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in the same condition as received: unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Include the original order number and the email associated with the order.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns that are not due to damage or an error on our part.
How to Start a Return

Click on the profile icon in the store’s navigation menu or visit the Refund Policy page to request a return.

Log in to your account:
-
Enter your email address.
-
Open the verification email and copy the six-digit code.

Return to the store and enter the code.

Select the order you wish to return.
-
Choose the items and provide a reason for the return.

Add any relevant notes and click Request Return.
If approved, you'll receive shipping instructions and a return label (if applicable). Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and processed, minus the 15% restocking fee.
Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Order Issues? Damaged, Incorrect, or Dissatisfied Items
If there’s a problem with your order, contact us at sales@antivinylco.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Delivered but Not Received Policy
If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Check around your mailbox, porch, garage, or with neighbors.

Wait 1–2 business days — packages are sometimes marked delivered early.

Contact your local post office for further details.
If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We may offer a replacement or refund for the item at our discretion.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Repeated missing package claims may result in limitations on future orders.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Exchanges
If you’d like to request an exchange, please contact us through our website's contact form or email us at sales@antivinylco.com.
When contacting us by email, please include:

The email address used for the order

The item you wish to exchange

The new item you’d like in return
All items being exchanged must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide further instructions.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 15% restocking fee.
Please note:

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

It may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
